Facebook is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for its Small & Medium Business Channel Marketing team who is passionate about digital marketing, technology, and analytics. Being very comfortable with data and technology, you will translate analytical insights into actionable targeting strategies necessary to bringing marketing campaigns to life. You will be shaping the technology used to launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns through a data-centric approach to marketing. Constantly evolving, you are driven to look for newer, better ways to do things and are always chasing after the next big idea. This position will be based in Menlo Park, CA.
Manage and implement audience targeting, nurture pathing, and experimental design for all global digital marketing campaigns
Partner with Channel Marketing Managers to execute on data-centric marketing strategies, coordinating to hit deadlines and proactively communicate campaign status updates
Partner with Data Scientists to translate segmentation analyses into marketing audiences and make necessary updates for audience optimizations
Partner with Product Developers to own troubleshooting, debugging, and ongoing support of internal marketing automation tools
Proactively improve campaign execution process while also owning knowledge base of marketing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of entire marketing team
2+ years experience with digital marketing programs
Experience with SQL
Quantitative analytical experience and knowledge of marketing analytics, with experience analyzing digital marketing data using SQL, Excel, or other analytics system
Project management experience and experience managing multiple work streams at once
Self-starting, self-motivated, and passionate about marketing
Experience with a marketing analytics platform (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
