Facebook Procurement Business Partner in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team is seeking a highly motivated team player to fill the role of Procurement Business Partner, in our Menlo Park, CA office. As a key P2P point of contact, you will be partnering with many of our largest internal business partners to be their advocate as well as their primary resource for guidance and support on the overall global P2P process. The successful candidate will be expected to build trust with partners, problem solve, recommend solutions, and exercise good business judgment while performing this function.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide end-to-end P2P process support for one or more fast-growing businesses within the internal Facebook community

  2. Work closely with key business partners to identify areas for improvement and customer-specific solutions

  3. Provide exceptional service to the business by offering timely solutions that ensure continuity of business operations

  4. Analyze P2P metrics to identify areas of opportunity for automation and process improvement

  5. Identify trends in P2P performance data, execute root cause analyses, and recommend and implement solutions that drive improved performance for business partners

  6. Lead recurring meetings with key business partners to review business performance on P2P “health” metrics

  7. Perform change management and train the business and our outsourced partners on process changes and new initiatives

  8. Keep internal web pages up to date with training documents and relevant information

  9. Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of Finance Operations experience

  2. BA/BS in Business, Finance, or other related field

  3. Interpersonal experience and a track record of partnering with business stakeholders

  4. Knowledge on global P2P processes and regional regulatory requirements

  5. Analytics experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint

  6. Experience with Oracle R12 Financials
