Facebook Growth is the team focused on getting the next billion people on Facebook. We believe in the power of our product to help people connect with their friends, with their community and with the world, so we focus on how we can improve the product to remove barriers for people to use Facebook. This includes unblocking our newest users (who are typically also new to the internet) by improving our registration forms, building onboarding flows, optimizing the new user experience and articulating the value of Facebook through offsite marketing. Other work we do focuses on ensuring we stay meaningful and relevant to our existing users, such as our work on helping you find and connect with your friends on Facebook, and on ensuring you don't miss important updates while you are not in the app.

Our team are experts in data-driven product development. Our teams are fast-paced, continuously iterating our products to drive meaningful impact to both our users and our business every week. We focus on getting things done. We are looking for growth focused Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across Facebook Growth. This position is full-time and based at our Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

  2. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  3. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

  4. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

  5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

  6. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

  7. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years product management or product design experience

  2. Organizational and analytical experience

  3. 5+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products

  4. 5+ years experience designing user interfaces

  5. 5+ years experience creating examples through wire frames and mock-ups

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms

  2. BA/BS
