Facebook Program Coordinator, Facebook Board of Directors in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee and manage our Board of Director's administration activities. The successful candidate will be a master at complex calendaring, driving processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and integrating communication channels across a number of internal and external teams. This person will coordinate the quarterly board meetings and support all board administrative responsibilities, in partnership with the CEO’s Office and will report to the Director of the Office of the CEO. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem.

This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Menlo Park, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Schedule board meetings and maintain annual calendar

  2. Coordinate across complex and global calendars

  3. Organize quarterly board meetings onsite and any offsite activities

  4. Drive board administration processes and documentation

  5. Drive cross-functional communications and coordination to deliver on activities to support our Board of Directors

  6. Build relationships between the CEO’s Office and the Legal, HR, Policy, Finance, and COO’s teams

  7. Manage various company processes as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in administrative support, consulting, or other client-facing role

  2. Experience in project and process management

  3. Experience managing logistics across multiple teams

  4. Experience prioritizing multiple projects

  5. Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. Experience providing support to a Board of Directors
