Facebook Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering Infrastructure and Security in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Facebook’s Enterprise Engineering Department is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to develop and drive the execution of solutions that facilitate technology delivery to the business. The successful candidate will have a strong project management background, passion for creating solutions that scale, and be able to deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Enterprise Engineering, business units, and cross-functional partners. This job will be a mix of managing portfolio execution and handling some hands on projects.

Required Skills:

  1. Maintain and drive development & deployment of programs and portfolios that are implemented across EE Infrastructure and Security

  2. Facilitate discussion with project stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines

  3. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables

  4. Communicate program and project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders

  5. Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependencies

  6. Develop and measure project KPI's across the portfolio

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of program or project management experience

  2. Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  3. Experience working with technical engineering teams and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions

  4. Experience communicating across business and technical teams

  5. Experience leading without authority, influencing decisions and outcomes

  6. Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and take steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions

  7. Problem-solver with demonstrated experience overcoming challenges with solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working within an infrastructure or security domain
