We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. At Facebook, you can play a key part leading this movement on our North America Business Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of marketing content at scale for our Small to Medium Business Audience. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help small businesses adopt the right solutions to help grow their business. This includes digital experiences, print, video collateral, and more. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in content creation, a strong appreciation of Facebook products and an understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails and ads can be used to engage with advertisers. You also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of small-medium business. This is a full-time position located in our Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute marketing content strategy to support scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Facebook’s small business solutions

  2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align content roadmaps to specific business goals

  3. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging

  4. Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more

  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey

  6. Work hand-in-hand with designers and web developers to visually elevate the work

  7. Identify right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 5+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, brand management, marketing communications, content strategy or a related field

  3. Experience with online advertising industry and/or small & medium businesses

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with managing or creating content for paid online media

  2. Experience and willingness to create marketing materials and manage the creative process with designers and web developers

  3. Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language

  4. Analytical and problem-solving experience

  5. Experience adapting marketing materials based on data and insights

  6. Collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners

  7. Project management and leadership experience

  8. Experience working in a start-up environment

  9. Team player
