Facebook is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage the partnerships we negotiate for Integrity product teams, focused on maintaining the integrity of our services and products. This includes working with identification verification services, NGOs that track elections throughout the world, and systems that track other bad actors in commerce, social networks, and ads. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Integrity team's mission of minimizing bad experiences on our platforms, and ensuring safe and trusted connections between people, businesses, and Facebook. You will drive each partnership from deal close through product launch and beyond, managing the relationship, and growing, measuring and optimizing the partnership to success. You will strategize with our partners to identify ways to grow the partnership, integrating new products and features from each partner, so that both the partner and Facebook benefit and thrive. You will work closely with product, engineering, product marketing, legal, and policy, to deliver results. Bring partnerships from deal close through product launches
Scale, nurture, and optimize partnerships beyond launch, identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership
Represent the relevant Integrity business teams in meetings with partner companies
Define partner success requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of partner and product/service impact, and analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends
Maintain a cadence of regular syncs with partners to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership beyond any initial deal
Advocate for the partner internally and for the business needs externally with the partner
BA or BS Degree
5+ years experience in a partner-facing role in the Internet and/or high-tech industries
Experience navigating and enforcing contracts
Experience prioritizing and triaging partner-related issues with internal & external stakeholders
Strategic experience in leading a cross-functional team to orchestrate, collaborate, and seize opportunities
Interpersonal experience developing working relationships inside and outside the organization
Identity verification industry experience or motivated to learn
Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly about new technologies
