Facebook Technical Program Manager, Design/UI Quality in Menlo Park, California

The Product Quality TPM will manage the execution of Facebook's product quality program. You will be responsible for coordinating the diverse streams of work that measure product quality at Facebook and working with product teams to drive that work forward. You will own roadmaps, analytics, project management and cross-functional communication for product quality. Facebook is a fast-moving company that requires a TPM with great interpersonal skills to develop relationships across the company and find opportunities to help our talented product teams operate at their highest level. The TPM role requires broad knowledge of design and development processes, excellent communication skills, and project management expertise. This is a full-time position based in our Menlo Park office.
Own and coordinate the execution of Facebook's product quality program
Predict and/or identify roadblocks and establish meetings or integration points between teams to resolve them
Facilitate relationships between cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Content Strategy, and Research, and other design teams across Facebook, gathering project requirements, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues, moving process forward
Determine operational process for releasing and maintaining tools
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
4+ years of product/program management or similar working experience
Experience working directly with designers and engineers to design, build, and deliver products
Track record of operating independently and delivering results
