The Global Marketing Solutions Partnerships team focuses on accelerating client success through enabling ecosystems, partnerships, and technology solutions. The team manages the diverse ecosystem of companies that provides solutions and services to maximize clients’ marketing performance on Facebook’s family of apps. The ecosystem spans 55 countries and ranges from top global agencies to startup ad tech companies in developing markets, and works as an integral aspect of Facebook's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business. We succeed when partners help our customers grow their business. This role’s mission is to build a complete and accurate dataset of every business we partner with, and all the clients they serve. We look at every object owned by clients and partners and ensure that connections between them are clear, even in complicated multi-business relationships. We work on solving problems related to machine learning, data aggregation, ingestion, harmonization, attribute quality, human labeling/curation, measuring data quality, and measuring downstream impact. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work with our cross-functional team, and cross-functional teams across Facebook, to enable us to more efficiently execute on developing shared infrastructure, measuring data quality, and driving data quality improvements.

Create the core data foundation that serves as the source of truth for all partnerships data and connections between data
Manage cross-functional projects covering a range of areas including backend infrastructure, measurement, human labeling and curation, capacity management, and data quality initiatives
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Perform risk management and change management on projects
Provide daily coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Interface with Engineering teams and business owners for project requirements and scope
Articulate the technology, requirements, goals, milestones, and impact
B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
4 + years of data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering or similar experience, in addition to project and program management experience
Experience working with technical management teams
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
Analytical and problem solving experience and experience with large-scale systems
