Summary:

The Media Content Operations team develops solutions for public figures, creators and media companies on Facebook and Instagram by creating scaled systems to address issues impacting their experiences with the suite of Facebook products. Our Global Product Support team is responsible for delivering support to Facebook partners.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Facebook's products and our mission, and is relentless in finding smarter, better, faster ways of getting things done. The core responsibilities of this role involve distributing video content on our new video platform, Watch. This person will work with internal stakeholders including production, content strategy, and marketing to ensure content is published on-time and without error. This is a full-time position located in Mountain View, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage the distribution of content from production to publication

  2. Track asset deliveries from internal and external partners

  3. Ensure content is scheduled, published, and featured on-time

  4. Create strong cross-functional partnerships with production, marketing, content strategy, product and other teams at Facebook to ensure smooth operations

  5. Proactively understand and communicate the impact of timeline and quality issues

  6. Contribute process improvement ideas to better accomplish daily projects

  7. Communicate title status to all internal stakeholders

  8. Track metrics and trends to make more informed decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA or BS degree

  2. 2+ years of experience in video content operations, content distribution, entertainment or related industries

  3. Experience at a studio, media company, in post-production, social media, and/or at a video platform

  4. Experience working on and communicating across a cross-functional team
