Facebook Program Manager - Global Resiliency Team in Mountain View, California

Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Program Manager as part of The Global Resiliency Team. This team strategicallydevelops, implements, and manages global programs to support teams who are exposed to graphic content.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams providing scalable resiliency solutions. Through ensuring high performance on existing resiliency programs and help facilitating transition of new programs, you will have a strong impact on the company's growth and the wellness of its content reviewers.

Required Skills:

  1. Co-develop, implement and manage an evidence-based global resiliency program for workers exposed to graphic content

  2. Partner with and provide consultation to local and global business leaders to understand work impact and propose solutions

  3. Leverage best practices from industry in influencing and driving a scalable program

  4. Be a trusted advisor on operational initiatives and program development primarily related to how we build resiliency best practices

  5. Manage large strategic priorities and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) as needed to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver the key milestones

  6. Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality data driven work

  7. Willingness to travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Graduate degree or higher in Psychology or related field

  2. 7+ years of program building and management experience

  3. Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various teams, and locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Active clinical license in CA or TX

  2. Mental health/hospital administration experience

  3. Experience working in a corporate setting

  4. Excellent interpersonal relationship, strategic partnership and influencing skills

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and accurate
