Summary:

Would you consider yourself a non-linear thinker?If the answers of these questions is YES, then read on… Facebook is seeking an Agency Partner to work with key Holding Companies. You will be accountable for strengthening relationships and driving revenue growth from the key agency holding companies. It is important that you have a deep knowledge of marketing communications and strategy, empathy and understanding of agency ecosystem, and demonstrated experience in consultative/solution selling. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to drive sustained revenue growth. This position is full-time and will be located in our Mumbai office.

Required Skills:

  1. Own the relationship with key agency holding companies for Facebook

  2. Evangelize Facebook within the agency world, and vice versa

  3. Develop and implement an agency strategy that maximizes year-on-year growth of revenue via unlocking clients, converting and delivering on agency and client opportunities and build partnerships that scale revenue

  4. via collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and operations

  5. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market/category trends and Facebook marketing solutions

  6. Develop and implement programs to improve agency experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates

  7. Build and develop mid-level and senior level agency relationships

  8. Manage, negotiate and activate complex agency contracts to successful completion

  9. Work with clients directly to drive their business

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Overall 10+ years experience in the field of marketing communications (brand, agency or media sales)

  2. 5+ years’ experience in a media/digital agency of leading large business or an office for the agency

  3. Ability to put consumer at the center and provide marketing communication solutions to drive business

  4. Great team player with exceptional organizational and analytical skills

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience to engage with C level executives

  6. Ability to roll up your sleeves, self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations

  7. Proven track record of delivering exceptional growth

  8. Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology are great add-ons

  9. deep understanding of the performance marketing framework would be an added advantage.
