Summary:

Facebook is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Consumer Marketing team in India. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that support and build Facebook’s brand and reputation amongst consumers across a variety of channels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns for consumer facing brands, and a proven track record of strong collaboration. You will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of consumer and culture, and the right mix of brand and product proof-points to deliver effective advertising that exceeds stated goals.

This is a highly cross-functional role working in-sync with International Marketing and in close collaboration with key local and corporate cross functional teams, including the Product, Policy, Marketing Insights & Analytics, Communications Planning, and Events teams, as well as Creative and Media Agencies. This individual must excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and embrace flex between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented project management and execution.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop end-to-end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals, with emphasis on driving consumer perception and engagement

  2. Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy and planning including segmentation, targeting, market sizing, media and communications plan, roll-out strategy, and integration with PR

  3. Lead and collaborate with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class marketing campaigns and programs

  4. Frame strategic decisions and recommendations to enable executive and stakeholder alignment

  5. Collaborate with our media and analytics partners to build a framework for testing across the marketing funnel and across channels to drive consumer perception and engagement

  6. Partner closely with brand strategy and creative teams to bring strategy to life through quality creative

  7. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback and represent the voice of our users internally

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. MBA / BS degree preferred

  2. Passion for building brands with 10+ years experience in brand marketing at Consumer Products and/or Tech companies

  3. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive ongoing lifecycle/engagement marketing

  4. Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including experience with both brand-building and acquisition marketing initiatives

  5. Experience building strategies, as well as providing feedback on storytelling to enable creative

  6. Operational powerhouse with project management skills and experience managing multiple tasks at once
