Facebook HR Business Partner, Global Sales in New York, New York

Summary:

Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support teams within our Global Client & Category team, Canada Subsidiary and other Global Sales organizations. HR Business Partners contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization, and coordinate and drive talent and organizational design work. This is a full-time role located in our New York City office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy for Canada and other Global Sales organizations to drive business results

  2. Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building

  3. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

  4. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization with a focus on leadership development and conflict resolution

  5. Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  6. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  7. Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans

  8. Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  9. Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building

  10. Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed

  11. Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

  12. Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of work experience in HR or related roles

  2. 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  3. BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR related experience

  4. Demonstrates solid judgment and ability to assess risk relative to the business

  5. Effective communication and critical thinking skills

  6. Demonstrates empathy and ability to drive inclusion work

  7. Demonstrates project management and change management experience

  8. Demonstrates ability to learn and thrive in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

  9. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  10. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale

  11. Demonstrates ability to influence and strategically solve problems

  12. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or relevant team preferred
