Facebook Partner Marketing Manager, Global Business Marketing in New York, New York

Marketing Partners are third party companies that help advertisers succeed on Facebook and Instagram by building software solutions on our Marketing APIs. The North America Partner Marketing team builds marketing programs that deliver impact at scale via these third party companies. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead outbound marketing to our ecosystem of over 150 partners.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of advertising concepts and technologies. You’ll need to be able to combine strategic thinking with creativity to execute on high-impact programs. This position is full-time and based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York offices.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop content and communications that motivate Marketing Partners to build effective software solutions, plan and buy media campaigns effectively and reinforce key messages in market.

  2. Develop and implement marketing strategy that grows the impact of the partner ecosystem.

  3. Manage communications channels, including Facebook page, blog, newsletter.

  4. Promote the value of Facebook and Instagram products to Marketing Partners through digital media, channels and platforms, events, PR and co-marketing.

  5. Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including sales, partnerships, product marketing, marketing communications, internal/external agencies and legal.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree

  2. 8+ years of experience in a marketing strategy role including experience in digital marketing, web technology, strategic consulting and/or advertising working with global brands or agencies

  3. Experience developing marketing strategy, messaging and content

  4. Cross-functional, project management and leadership experience and with experience influencing across all levels of the organization

  5. Communication experience with experience crafting content

  6. Experience translating concepts and insights into marketing programs

  7. Experience bringing creative concepts into marketing campaigns
