Summary:

Facebook AI’s mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence through fundamental and applied research in open collaboration with the community. Our work covers the full spectrum of topics related to AI, including deriving knowledge from data: theory, algorithms, applications, software infrastructure and hardware infrastructure. We actively engage with the community through publications, open source software, participation in technical conferences and workshops, and collaborations with academia. Facebook is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for PyTorch and its ecosystem projects. This role will drive the product marketing strategy, planning, and execution in close partnership with the comms, research, and product teams to deliver high-impact launches and moments that drive awareness, adoption and thought leadership. The ideal candidate has experience leading go-to-market activities for technical products and audiences, developing positioning and messaging based on market insights, aligning with product teams to identify opportunities, collaborating with engineering on the creation of demos and experiences, and driving brand leadership.Facebook is focused on amplifying diverse perspectives across our community, so we welcome you, your personal experience and different perspectives.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate with internal partners such as product, research, comms, and program management teams to identify and define go-to-market opportunities to successfully drive awareness, adoption and thought leadership of PyTorch to the AI community

  2. Collaborate with external academic, industry, corporate partners and vendors that bring our technologies and solutions to life

  3. Develop positioning, messaging, and narrative for PyTorch

  4. Define go-to-market strategy, and lead planning and execution with internal and external partners

  5. Develop a comprehensive marketing calendar that can align on GTM activities

  6. Build and streamline go-to-market processes across both internal and external teams

  7. Identify and coordinate development of compelling case studies and demos and experiences to showcase PyTorch in close partnership with engineering, product, and partnership teams

  8. Measure and report impact of go-to-market activities

  9. Drive communication and alignment with stakeholders to make timely decisions and manage priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in product, developer or open source marketing

  2. 3+ years of product marketing experience on a technical product or with a technical audience

  3. Experience leading go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution across channels

  4. Experience working with and co-marketing with external partners, such as Cloud Solution Providers or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)

  5. Experience partnering closely and driving alignment with Engineering, Product, and Communication teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working directly with/on AI and deep tech

  2. Experience working in a start-up environment

  3. Experience in leading the website development
