Facebook seeks a candidate who is knowledgeable and passionate about creating value for and building trust with both consumers and businesses through the ads we deliver. The ideal candidate will have experience with Facebook's ads systems and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of the customers we serve. She or he will work cross-functionally with teams around the world to influence product roadmaps, develop and execute global launch plans to bring ads delivery products to market, and identify opportunities to grow existing products. Excellent cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are a must. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers with our ads delivery solutions.
Analyze product performance—evaluate and explore new strategic opportunities for scaled revenue-driving initiatives
Lead global, comprehensive go-to-market strategy including sales and partner materials for both launches of new delivery products and reactive messaging about changes to the auction
Guide cross-functional teams (both global and regional) in developing client communications, product documentation, and sales collateral
Craft leadership briefings, client communications, and sales collateral
Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to product teams for new and existing delivery products
Set the outbound priorities for our suite of auction and delivery products and working cross-functionally with other product marketing teams to ensure those priorities ladder up to Facebook's overarching long-term goals
6+ years work experience with digital advertising products or platforms
Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches)
Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders to drive results
Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
