Required Skills:

Technical Sourcer, Specialized Technology Responsibilities:

  1. Help to define, design and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of technical roles

  2. Understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

  3. Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization

  4. Develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally

  5. Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with the technical job requirements

  6. Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals

  7. Support the specialized technical hiring across unique hardware initiatives and innovative technologies

  8. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns

  9. Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with hiring partner

  10. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, Linkedln and alternative search techniques

  11. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications

  12. Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation

  13. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders

  14. Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines

  15. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a Human Resources-related occupation. Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following:

  2. Technical sourcing

  3. Partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners

  4. Influencing stakeholders through data analysis

  5. Developing and executing long term hiring strategies

  6. Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  7. Talent mapping

  8. Social media marketing and digital networking on various platforms including email, L1, Slack, and Github

  9. Measuring conversion rates including number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, accept offers, and start position

  10. Online and offline recruiting techniques

  11. Maintaining candidate databases (ATS)

  12. Developing and executing longer term sourcing strategies for specialized technology

  13. Understanding and promoting employer brand online and offline using various forms of marketing or communication
