As a Product Growth Manager for France, you will ensure Facebook is locally relevant and successful. Leveraging your deep understanding of the local competitive and product landscape, you will highlight product gaps, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution of growth initiatives specifically for France.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Facebook's mission and wants the company to be success in France. A significant experience in product management for consumer products is also essential.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for company's success in France

  2. Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities

  3. Ensure the Facebook family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in France

  4. Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data

  5. Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps

  6. Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows

  7. Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact

  8. Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution

  9. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position in France and work to improve it

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years product management / product growth / development experience

  2. Extensive knowledge of digital business models and consumer technology

  3. Deep understanding of user behaviour in France

  4. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

  5. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on

  6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  7. Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired

  2. Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment strongly desired
