The Regional Solutions Partner within the GCC team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to the world's largest global multi-channel advertisers.
With proven understanding of both online and traditional media and marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop client relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. This Regional Solutions Partner will be under the Health & Beauty team within GCC.
Success in the Regional Solutions Partner position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, deep product knowledge and curiosity and exceptional cross functional relationship skills.
This position is a 12-month contract role based in Paris, with start date ASAP.
Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with other members on the GCC team to drive incremental revenue
Maximize clients’ investment on Facebook and Instagram by creating actionable insights from past campaigns and providing consultation
Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making
Enable knowledge exchange cross region, accounts, and the GCC team
Partner with local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and that we are providing the highest service levels to these clients
Lead cross-functional team project management, e.g. Marketing Science, Marketing Intelligence, Product teams
Build and manage relationships with key clients and media agency partners
Define best practices via data mining and defining what drives partner’s success on the platform
Manage and consult complex advertising solutions working closely with the team to recommend the correct solutions
Work with the partner's cross functional resources to define regional learning agenda and help to activate this with regional & local teams
Developing best in class capability building programs to empower local markets to drive optimal media adoption at scale
6+ years' experience in digital marketing or media sales
Proven track record of delivering on sales quota
Understanding of advertising success metrics
Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight
Exceptional data story telling and client presentation skills
Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management (internally and externally)
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Ideally experience supporting both Brand and DR related industries
Knowledge of / experience working across beauty clients
