Analyze, evaluate, design, develop, integrate, debug and test real-time AR and VR software for realistic telepresence
Help design and build a next generation user interaction software platform for AR/VR
Work side by side with research scientists to enable an array of user studies that evaluate the perceptual effects of various AR/VR interactions
Collaborate in a team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines, making the architectural trade-offs required to rapidly deliver software solutions
Write clean readable code, debug complex problems that span systems, prioritize ruthlessly and get things done with a high level of efficiency
Learn constantly, educate others, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of AR/VR problem solving
3+ years experience with modern C++ (14 and above)
Demonstrated architecture and design experience
Experience creating or extending real-time 3D engine systems such as graphics rendering, audio, physics, networking or animation
Track record of going from prototype to production ready code
Experience working independently and in a cross-functional environment
5+ years experience with modern C++ (14 and above)
Experience evaluating sensor input and performing sensor fusion
Experience with computer vision
Experience with machine learning
Experience with applied linear algebra and 3D geometry
Experience developing AR/VR applications
Experience with real-time physics simulations
Experience with novel input systems
