In the Facebook Business Education team (Biz Ed/Blueprint), our vision is to empower growth through digital education; and our goal is to bring the best and latest of Facebook marketing innovations - from products and services to best practices - to our customers and partners around the world.
We work with teams across the Facebook organization as well as Agencies, Marketing Partners, and businesses of all sizes to build best-in-class training and education solutions. Build and deliver country education strategies that ladder up to LATAM & Global Biz Ed goals, aligned with local Sales & XFN teams goals
Seamlessly integrate our offerings into Sales & XFN teams plans and goals, and closely align to Country Marketing plans.
Analyze, update and maintain Audience insights and priorities by audiences
Own the relationship with country leadership team & act as key POC for all Biz Ed offering
Lead communications about Biz Ed offerings and results in their markets
Work directly with internal Facebook teams and the LATAM Blueprint training team to activate and deliver in-person training across LATAM, focused on the Brazilian market, in order to supplement Facebook’s eLearning platform
Perform learning interventions and experiences tailored to the organizational and geographic needs of a wide variety of external audiences.
Maintain a strong base of Facebook and Instagram solutions knowledge and act as a training resource within sessions to deliver education to external stakeholders.
Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint team
Ability to synthesize and communicate market needs and feedback to the Blueprint team based on scale and scope needs analysis in LATAM
Manage and work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure translation of training material is consistent and localized to LATAM needs.
Minimum of 40% travel
5+ years of experience with training delivery or other relevant experience
Knowledge of the Facebook Family of Apps and Services tools and solutions, specifically the Direct Response suite of products
Consulting and relationship management experience
Problem solving experience
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Ability to translate Facebook stakeholder needs and requests for training into an actionable training plan that is prioritized according to business needs across an entire region
Fluency in Spanish
Ability to command a room and infuse excitement and energy into training and education
