The Content Strategy Lead will be instrumental in ensuring that the stories and messages we create are consistent across all of our channels and touchpoints. You’ll also be a strong contributor in the areas of site architecture, navigation, labeling and taxonomy. The right candidate must also have the ability to interpret and apply analytical data to optimize and personalize our various messages based on user behaviors. You're perfect for this role if you are versatile, and if you love both high-level strategy as well as building the plumbing from the ground up. You're a strong communicator and you know how to build consensus for ideas, as well as bring cross-functional teams all the way through the finish line. Finally, the Content Strategy Lead we’re looking for requires experience with content management systems, especially with large, complex properties and brands. This position will be based in Sao Paulo.
Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs through digital channels
Adapt and produce locally relevant content for markets across LatAm through digital channels
Create content for the Facebook Business News section related to core brand programs, exploring different formats such as video, motions and infographics.
Oversee audience level marketing strategies
Deliver regional wide case studies in different formats
Strong editorial and content profile to write and edit clear and concise content across multiple touch points (emails, tutorials, marketing pages, campaigns, among others).
Program management skills to organize all content production for external digital channels
Work closely with design team to deliver a high quality content visual
Bachelors degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing or related field. Post-graduate or professional degree preferred
Strong executive presence and a track record of working well in cross functional teams
Can handle multiple projects simultaneously with timelines of hours, days, weeks or months
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce marketing materials in English
Experience producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences
Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
Fluent English and advanced Spanish is desired
