Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced Finance Vendor Relationship Manager to join its growing Global Process Transformation and Compliance team. This person will report to the Global Head of Finance Outsourcing and will be key in the development and transformation of the Global Finance Outsourcing function. The Latam Finance Vendor Relationship Manager will responsible for regional oversight for our Latam Finance Vendor Partners ensuring the best services for our internal cross functional partners are delivered while maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil.

The successful candidate will be energetic, highly driven, solution focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. The ability to think strategically while also being equally comfortable delivering on operational goals is critical.

Required Skills:

  1. Responsible for regional oversight for our LATAM Finance Vendor Partners which includes Global ownership for managing the relationship with one of our Key Business Process Outsourcing Providers

  2. Work as a key member of our Global Finance Vendor Management team to manage controls and oversight of our Finance Vendor Partners

  3. Partner with the global team to enhance the service levels of our providers, including evaluating data standards, data analytics, operational excellence and continuous monitoring

  4. Act as a key business partner to our Finance teams in LATAM working with them to ensure our Vendor Partners are delivering services which meet & exceed the services expected

  5. Implementation & management of process improvement initiatives relating to the Governance of our Vendor Partners

  6. Change Management - oversee & assist with service provider readiness to support new process roll outs, changes to business processes and systems

  7. Build an effective working relationship with the Global team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  2. 8+ years of relevant experience including working in multi-national, public companies

  3. Experience working in or leading shared services, outsourcing, project management with experience in finance and compliance

  4. Ability to provide insights which result in better business decisions

  5. Experience working collaboratively in a cross - functional, global environment

  6. Strong communication skills, ability to get into the detail yet also articulate findings to executive level

  7. Travel will be required in this role.
