Launched in 2016, Workplace is an enterprise communications platform that is used by over 30,000 organizations of all sizes worldwide to transform how they connect, collaborate and get work done. With the continued growth of Workplace globally, we are looking for a world-class marketer and leader who will help drive the growth of Workplace by Facebook in North America. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the productivity of an organization. They will have deep experience in enterprise/B2B marketing in Latin America, with a focus on enterprise SaaS and/or collaboration solutions. The Latin America Marketing Lead will partner with the Director of Latin America Sales and cross-functional teams (including partnerships, operations, and marketing), with the primary objective of driving market demand and pipeline in Latin America. The role will entail leading the regional strategy, plans and execution working with the central Workplace marketing team to develop and implement brand awareness, leads, pipeline and deal acceleration. They will be an experienced marketer and strategic thinker who can drive for results - able to move fast and be agile while keeping focused on a marketing strategy that will continue to evolve as the business grows. This is a full-time position, located in Sao Paolo, Brazil Facebook office.

Required Skills:

  1. Define strategy, execute and manage integrated marketing plans to maximize brand awareness, demand, opportunities and deal acceleration aligned with Latin America Workplace sales targets

  2. Drive ABM, digital, acquisition, content and events-based integrated marketing programs in close collaboration with the global digital and events marketing leads for Workplace

  3. Own the Latin America marketing plan and budget

  4. Lead the relationship with the LATAM-based Workplace sales, customer success, ecosystem partnerships and operations teams, with whom you will partner closely to develop and execute the plan

  5. Provide LATAM market analytics, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of our most valuable prospects, customers and partners

  6. Collaborate with other Facebook global business marketing teams, in LATAM, to develop opportunities to integrate Workplace across the Facebook family of apps and services

  7. Manage key agency and vendor relationships to deliver on the marketing plans

  8. Operate at the principal level and jump to the delivery level quickly, and flex that capability in order to get the best out of multi-dimensional/cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. 8+ years of experience in LATAM or global enterprise software, and/or web technology companies

  3. B2B enterprise marketing experience – ABM, content, digital demand-generation, strategic events and data driven analytics

  4. Experience working in a matrix organization across multiple time zones and teams

  5. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of an organization

  6. Experience translating concepts into streamlined communications

  7. Roll-up sleeves and self-starter approach
