Facebook Project Manager LATAM, Global Business Marketing in São Paulo, Brazil

Facebook is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Project Manager to join the Global Business Marketing team. This person will sit in the Creative & Digital, GBM's internal agency. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the kickoff, management and tracking of numerous programs and initiatives and will work with various stakeholders including Creative, Digital, Marketing, Events, Sales, Engineering, and more.This is a full time role, based in São Paulo office.

Required Skills:

  1. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Media, Creative, and Digital Leads globally to manage a body of work aligned against business goals or audiences

  2. Works with partners to establish deadlines related to overall department goals, ensures team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicates issues related to staying on schedule

  3. Facilitates relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress

  4. Predicts roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teams

  5. Prioritizes competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions

  6. Coordinates resources across multiple project initiatives and teams

  7. Tracks activities on projects and establishes a clear path and owners of next steps

  8. Communicates clearly across projects and people

  9. Identify and optimize internal processes for the best results

  10. Manage high profile projects and identify the need for freelance resources when necessary

  11. Establish processes, implement, track and follow up on team operations while managing marketing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of relevant or related working experience

  2. Experience at an agency or studio

  3. Experience partnering with digital and media teams to deliver on scaled marketing programs

  4. Experience managing budgets and vendors

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong sense of partnership and client service.

  6. Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

  7. Experience that includes delivering both digital and traditional marketing materials

  8. Solid experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations

  9. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design packages a plus

  2. General knowledge of advertising and/or UX is a plus
