Facebook Legal Operations Project Manager in San Francisco, California

This position is a generalist role and will involve managing and supporting projects across the range of legal areas supported by the Legal Operations team. You must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business and organizational needs. In addition, you must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and work proactively with various teams across the organization, including IT, HR and Finance. This is a full-time position.

Required Skills:

  1. Legal Operations program support – help advance Legal Operations team projects, driving to on-time and on-budget results

  2. Contribute to process design efforts to drive efficiency for the Legal team and its business clients

  3. Document stakeholder requirements, as-is and to-be processes

  4. Leverage existing technologies for new use cases when possible

  5. Create dashboards, identify and monitor metrics for system/process health

  6. Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, change management, ongoing support

  7. Contribute to strategic planning/roadmap

  8. Support department-wide diversity initiatives

  9. Support existing tools, processes, templates, playbooks, and KM efforts throughout the department

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.A. or B.S. degree

  2. Project/program management experience

  3. 3+ years’ experience in project management or operations

  4. 3+ years’ experience in developing/implementing technology solutions or operational improvements

  5. Proven track record of metric driven process and technology improvements

  6. Experience driving cross-functional programs from end-to-end

  7. Leadership and interpersonal experience with a proven track record of building relationships

  8. Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team

  9. Experience analyzing large data sets and distill recommendations

  10. Experience supporting various ad-hoc projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Technology company experience

  2. In-house Legal Operations experience

  3. Template/contract management experience

  4. Contract lifecycle experience

  5. Help desk experience

  6. Six Sigma/PMP/Agile experience
