Facebook Product Marketing Communications Manager, Monetization, Media Partnerships in San Francisco, California

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Communications Manager to join our Global Business Marketing team to lead and execute the outbound marketing strategy for media monetization related products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can leverage both creative and analytical experience to develop compelling marketing campaigns, messaging and collateral.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute outbound marketing strategy and go-to-market plan to drive key awareness and adoption of key monetization products and programs in partnership with product marketing and communications

  2. Develop and lead the execution of a monetization content and channel strategy for media publishers and creators in partnership with digital marketing, scaled marketing, regional marketing and vertical marketing

  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, product marketing, partnerships, research and regional marketing teams to drive successful global launches and growth campaigns at-scale

  4. Establish a measurement framework for tracking, analyzing and reporting marketing campaign and content impact by leveraging insights to demonstrate business value and inform future marketing work

  5. Synthesize complex product features and publisher needs into simple, powerful stories and marketing messages

  6. Have a vision for bringing the holistic story to life through programs, narratives, collateral, messaging, campaigns and more

  7. Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including PR, to activate proactive and reactive messages across Facebook’s B2B channels and to mitigate risk

  8. Stay abreast of industry and market trends

  9. Become an expert in Facebook’s media monetization products, partners, narrative and audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing for internet or software products

  2. Experience in driving data-driven marketing strategies

  3. Experience in project management and prioritization

  4. Experience communicating, influencing and collaborating across multiple teams

  5. Analytical and problem-solving experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Masters or MBA

  2. Experience communicating to broad media sets of media publishers and creators

  3. Experience marketing monetization products and solutions

  4. Experience working in a start-up environment
