Summary:
Facebook seeks an individual who is passionate about helping Facebook partner with the industry on critical issues like privacy, brand safety and measurement. The Ecosystem Product Marketing Manager will support numerous external engagement efforts to set standards and definitions within the ads industry and work with internal teams to develop Facebookâs point of view on important ecosystem topics. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing highly complex projects and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies across technical tools and policy requirements.
Relevant experience with project management, ads measurement, customer data, and the ad technology landscape would be helpful in this role. This person must be flexible, a cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment and exhibit excellent communication skills.
Required Skills:
Inform external engagement and product strategy in partnership with product, policy and sales teams across multiple areas
Project manage cross-company audits, working with both internal and external stakeholders to define milestones and drive towards audit completion
Identify long-term opportunities based on regional understanding, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market both for businesses and consumers
Market assessment and requirements including impact analysis and competitive benchmarking
Represent internal and external stakeholders including qualitative and quantitative feedback
Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategy including sales and partner materials
Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience, including 2+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology, and 2+ years experience in the advertising sector and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Project management skills
Analytical, data-driven decision-maker
Communicator with experience simplifying concepts
BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
