Summary:

The Creative Experiences (Creative X) team redefines creativity by delivering integrated marketing creative for Facebook. Our goals align with the broader Facebook company mission of community and bringing people closer together. We create experiences that help people discover, understand, and fall in love with Facebook's products and programs.

Our teams of Creative, Program Management, and Production challenge industry norms and drive big, bold brand thinking while also being responsive to product culture and needs. Our focus is outbound creative experiences including Facebook/social, TV, OOH and Global Events. We develop a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience of over 2.5 billion people. We scale with the support of external production partners and vendors, and take cues from our Facebook culture of moving fast, being bold, and iterating.

Program Management on the Creative X team is a team of strategic creative leaders who work closely with marketers to plan and manage creative projects. In addition to managing creative projects, Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.

Required Skills:

  1. Planning

  2. Help prioritize projects with Marketing Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources

  3. Influence and understand marketing creative plans for Facebook

  4. Proactively identify important problems for marketing and/or advertising creative plans

  5. Take a broad perspective to problems and identifies creative solutions

  6. Effectively lobby and win support for major campaigns, creative innovation and new initiatives

  7. Plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects

  8. Partnerships

  9. Create strong partnerships with Marketers and leaders within the Marketing organization

  10. Understand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with Insights/Analytics, Research, and Communications Planning leads

  11. Program Management

  12. Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various product launches

  13. Able to be the lead point of contact for agencies for large-scale campaign work

  14. Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions

  15. Coordinate resources across multiple projects

  16. Take a broad perspective to problems and identify strategic and creative solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or 10+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company

  2. Experience working with Marketers, Creative Agencies and Production companies

  3. Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning and analytics disciplines

  4. Experience managing marketing projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy

  5. Experience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation

  6. Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multi-tasking
