We are seeking a Program Manager who can work effectively with both external and internal partners. This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, and a passion for Facebook’s mission. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and biased toward action, while also being flexible and undeterred by obstacles. This is a full-time position and is located in Menlo Park or San Francisco, California.
Collaborate with internal, cross-functional and external partners to design and execute programs that advance the Facebook’s mission with a particular focus on partnerships for social impact.
Measure and evaluate programs and partnerships.
7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, policy, nonprofit/NGO sector or equivalent work experience.
Experience with strategic program planning, execution, and measurement.
Experience with impact measurement.
Experience communicating and presenting to groups.
Organizational, analytical and relationship-building experience.
