Facebook Program Manager, Global Impact Partnerships in San Francisco, California

We are seeking a Program Manager who can work effectively with both external and internal partners. This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, and a passion for Facebook’s mission. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and biased toward action, while also being flexible and undeterred by obstacles. This is a full-time position and is located in Menlo Park or San Francisco, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate with internal, cross-functional and external partners to design and execute programs that advance the Facebook’s mission with a particular focus on partnerships for social impact.

  2. Measure and evaluate programs and partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, policy, nonprofit/NGO sector or equivalent work experience.

  2. Experience with strategic program planning, execution, and measurement.

  3. Experience with impact measurement.

  4. Experience communicating and presenting to groups.

  5. Organizational, analytical and relationship-building experience.

  6. BA/BS degree.
