Facebook is seeking a Program Manager to join our University Recruiting team in support of our growing and global Product community. The University Programs Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a number of programs aimed at attracting and retaining top University talent.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for Product recruiting site leads, intern managers and intern directors in partner locations.

  2. Manage performance review process for interns, develop process strategy and work with programs specialists and coordinators to execute.

  3. Coordinate and ensure delivery of customized Product intern calibration sessions across locations and regions.

  4. Work cross-functionally with the intern directors, site leads and global program managers to ensure a positive intern experience.

  5. Partner with internal teams to develop, scale and refine tools to support the global program and assure appropriate data integrity.

  6. Partner with Product managers to forecast intern hiring demand across multiple geographies and business units and create a scalable support plan to fulfill those needs.

  7. Drive the design and delivery of global learning & development programs specific to the intern experience including intern manager training, intern orientation, and team-specific on-boarding programs.

  8. Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the Product teams, client teams, management, and localized site leads and directors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of recruiting or program/project management experience

  2. Organizational experience

  3. Experience managing multiple priorities

  4. Communication experience

  5. Experience working across teams

  6. Problem-solving experience and experience handling situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. University Recruiting/Intern Program experience

  2. Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
