Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager with strong background in managing global channel marketing and project management to drive the global go-to-market strategy for our Global Client Digital Native Business. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in or with global sales channels and/or global media accounts to drive product strategy and communication in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams, experience leading communication to senior client leaders, exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. He or she must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This role is to be based in NYC, Menlo Park, or Seattle.
Manage executive communications to our Global Client Teams, partnering with Leads as external product expert across Facebook Family of Apps & Services
Lead client Product Marketing strategic and tactical communications with leaders of top Advertisers in the Digital Natives category
Collaborate with headquarters and our global Product Marketing Managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements
Drive best practice implementation of product monetization solutions
Effectively communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive in-market engagement through external PR, events, speaking opportunities, etc.
Develop global product adoption program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies, and Marketing Partners) audiences
8+ years of experience leading advertising across display, direct response, ad networks and/or search
5+ years experience managing senior C-level communications at/with advertisers and/or agencies
Product marketing experience in the web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
Knowledge of digital marketing, the industry & client objectives
Analytical experience and experience solving problems with data
Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
Communication and presentation experience
- Flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
