Facebook is looking for a Partner Solutions Manager within the larger Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) Partnerships Organization. The Partner Solutions team activates portfolio of solutions and services offered by partners by, to Facebook Sales teams & Advertisers. Role requires working in close collaboration with the Facebook in-market sales team and Partner's Business Development teams, to drive success for our advertisers, marketers and agencies. The Partner Solutions team exists to ensure the products and services of all Partners are deployed to their maximum potential. The team leverages these technology partnerships to accelerate Facebook's sales efforts, on a region by region basis.
The Partner Solutions Manager will uncover underserved or unmet needs of clients and agencies and prioritize those that can be met by partners. The successful candidate will provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to Facebook’s sales team, their clients and agencies. The successful candidate will foster relationships with our Facebook Marketing Partners, the Partner Management team and Other cross functional teams to drive end client success through Partnerships. Partner Solutions Managers will work closely with the Global Partner Manager team fostering relationships with the most strategic partners to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook, among other initiatives. You should be a creative and strategic thinker with a hunger for challenge and opportunity; A rapid learner, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is full time, covers Korea; role will be based in our beautiful Seoul office. The position reports to Ajeet Kandachar (Head of Partner Solutions for Asia Pacific).
Provide consultative services to Facebook Sales and Account management teams whose clients are implementing Partner solutions/tools
Identify and translate market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative developer partner ecosystem
Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook marketing partner products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology
Liaise with our Partner Manager team *glocally* to ensure the optimum mix and combination of partners are present and servicing markets to achieve and contribute significantly to sales objectives
Tracking KPIs of Partner adoption and performance in direct clients and agencies
Prospect and recruit new clients to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem
Liaise with the Partner Program Management team on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication
Liaise with the Partner Marketing team on region-specific, vertical-specific marketing activities
7+ years of client-facing &/or partner-facing experience in technical sales, consultancy or partner management
Experience presenting to internal and external audiences
Experience influencing stakeholders at executive levels
Project management and quantitative/analytical experience
Experience working cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
Experience working as part of an international team
Knowledge of Facebook products, technology, and online marketing
Strong know-how of the Korea market, especially in areas: Adtech, Martech etc
Experience in enterprise partnerships/ channel partnerships teams
Creative and/or Agency industry skills & knowledge
