Facebook Client Solution Manager, Tech Services in Sydney, Australia

The Client Solutions Manager focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier advertisers. This team collaborates with media agencies, internal sales and cross functional teams to build Facebook’s advertising business through helping clients reach their consumers. This position is based in our Sydney office.

Required Skills:

  1. Work directly with key clients as a Facebook technical advertising expert

  2. Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Facebook advertising products and methodologies

  3. Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns, with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth

  4. Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices

  5. Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment

  6. Clearly, succinctly communicate solutions for marketing goals in the form of recommendations around FB advertising products

  7. Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures

  8. Use research and insights that will: 1. Help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines 2. Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in an account management and/or data analysis role

  2. Ability to take initiative and lead where necessary

  3. Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner

  4. Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  5. Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks

  6. Be a strong communicator to both internal and external stakeholders

  7. Strong understanding of Facebook's vision and advertising proposition

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  2. Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team

  3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  4. Proficiency in Excel is required, SQL an advantage

  5. Strong experience inspiring action through data driven insights

  6. Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus
