Facebook is looking for a Functional Lead for our Client Solutions team to work as an integral member of the Greater China (GCR) core leadership team. This role will serve as a key partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders and leaders in the GCR organisation in understanding business needs and implementing the best operative practices to drive business growth, client impact and team development. This position excels in developing those around them at scale, drive operation excellence, an ability to dive into problem solve while maintaining a broad perspective. At the heart of this role, one will take the lead to design best-in-class operations for our Client Solutions team across hiring and onboarding, training, process improvement, tools and cross-functional development. You will also be responsible for helping maximize the performance of the team as well as their ability to play to their strengths by ensuring best practices are adopted and resource support is aligned. Success in this position requires exceptional operational excellence and rigor, a proven ability to excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The role is based in Hong Kong and reporting into the VP, Head of Greater China.

Required Skills:

  1. Build expertise, develop functional skills, and scale best practices to support development of Client Solutions team across the sales organization

  2. Inspire and build a strong Client Solutions community within GCR and across APAC

  3. Upskill Sales Leadership team/ Industry Heads in the operations and tools of the Client Solutions team

  4. Lead and design frameworks for role excellence and organization effectiveness of the Client Solutions function

  5. Lead initiatives working closely with the Global/Regional Scaled Excellence team as it relates to team growth & productivity

  6. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across Facebook to drive resources alignment on tools, scaled support, process improvement and communications

  7. Drive continuous operational improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum experience of 10 years + in a fast-paced startup and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred

  2. Track record of excelling in a sales organization and driving impact on solution adoption, revenue, and operational excellence

  3. Passion and leadership ability to action functional initiatives, with proven success taking projects from opportunity to execution and results

  4. Experience and proven track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  5. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner

  6. Knowledge of online advertising and/or measurement methods and technologies

  7. Self-starter, dynamic, driven, and highly organized
