You will have deep Creative Agency experience as a Senior Art Director or (Associate) Creative Director in a digital-native company. You must possess an empathy for start-ups and a strong bias toward changing culture and challenging convention through work. We seek creative people with credibility, who have been awarded and want to help lead global disruptors and creative agencies into the mobile first world from a perspective of partnership and humility. You’ll collaborate easily with teams of all kinds and aim to become a sought out secret weapon for in-house creative teams and agencies.

You will do this by developing lighthouse campaign work, building scalable programs, crafting industry-leading thought pieces, as well as helping to shape the core Facebook and Instagram advertising products and platforms. You and your team will be amongst the first to build strategy and creative for the world’s new age brands. You’re a builder, doer, and live to create ideas and transform them into actual campaigns, programs, packages even pieces of code that will impact a billion + people and millions of brands. You will be agile, always seeking to break the mould, reinventing new ways of working and moving fast. You will have a strong desire to uncover consumer behaviour, to help your clients connect with customers in an impactful way

This is a full-time position located in Tel Aviv.

Required Skills:

  1. Continually inspire disruptors, established brands and creative agencies in Israel with a vision for their brands, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed

  2. Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities

  3. Uncover data insights to develop creative ideas that drive the key business goals of our top clients

  4. Develop a creative narrative for DR advertisers based on existing learnings from the IL market and global markets

  5. Develop DR creative knowledge with DR & Brand agencies and FMPs

  6. Develop and implement tools to enable DR clients to learn, measure and develop creative

  7. Lead education and training efforts with VCs, Clients, FMPs, Agencies and FB Sales teams

  8. Partner with others on the team and at creative agencies to make your and their ideas shine

  9. Work with the Product team to refine your ideas for maximum impact on the Facebook Platform, Apps and Services

  10. Be a thought leader on how mobile and people-based marketing is fundamentally changing brand marketing

  11. Work hands-on to produce beautiful work. This is a position for creators and makers, not (sit back) directors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience as an Associate Creative Director/ Creative Director (preferably art-based), within the creative advertising or startup industry

  2. Proven experience working in the DR landscape as part of integrated comms output

  3. A solid and proven track record of leading award-winning campaigns

  4. Digital Native who is passionate about the tech world and the local startup industry

  5. Doer who can think, build, craft, ship world-class work

  6. Public Speaking skills, comfortable on stages speaking to hundreds of people

  7. Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done at Facebook – this team is inventing every day and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here

  8. Extended knowledge of the region's advertising industry

  9. Visual communications skills

  10. Strategic. Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals

  11. Visionary. Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms

  12. Storytelling and communications skills. Being able to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation is also quite important

  13. Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint

  14. Experience with, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  15. Experience with a Final Cut or Premiere a plus
