We have an exciting opportunity to join the Creative Shop team working in partnership with our gaming team. You will work with the dynamic, progressive and disruptive Mobile Gaming community in Tel Aviv.

This is a full-time position located in Tel Aviv.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and deliver creative solutions that address the unique opportunities and challenges faced by mobile gaming companies and positively influence the way these companies market on Facebook, Instagram and our emerging platforms.

  2. Build strong partnerships with the sales team, clients, agencies and cross-functional partners to champion bolder and more ambitious creative work,

  3. Contribute to the creative learning agenda for gaming by scaling best practices and knowledge, and ensuring that the work continuously evolves to reflect the evolution of our platforms and changes in consumer behaviour

  4. Work with Product teams on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger to learn, and drive adoption of, new product solutions, and contribute to our innovation agenda

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience as an art director/copywriter, in a creative agency, gaming company or other content creator

  2. Experience concepting, designing and presenting strategically grounded, brilliant creative work

  3. Experience in developing effective creative work for performance advertisers. Having an understanding of the unique dynamics of performance creative on Facebook would be a distinct advantage.

  4. A proven ability to see the creative potential in new technologies and creative formats.

  5. Strong presentation skills – you should be able to own a room regardless of who is in it

  6. Strong passion for visual storytelling and an ability to mock up/prototype ideas

  7. Ability to judge creative work – strategically, conceptually and executionally

  8. Attention to detail and passion for making sure production partners follow a creative vision to deliver top class execution

  9. Experience with keynote and the Adobe suite of tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
