Facebook is seeking a talented, self-motivated Israel Market Lead, Games Partnerships / Audience Network to continue to support and build on the success of our key Gaming Partnerships and Audience Network partners in Israel. This is a unique role that will work across two different Facebook Teams with the purpose of enhancing and deepening our long-term strategic relationships across the Israeli ecosystem by leveraging our platform and technology to help transform partners' businesses.

This position requires demonstrated strategic sales and partnership account management, games and regional marketplace expertise, understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, ability to foster executive level relationships and a passion for growing Facebook’s business.

Although this position will be based in Tel Aviv, some travel will be required.

Required Skills:

  1. Strategic account management, lead and support revenue and account planning for prospect list and customer base. Develop and execute on customer success plans and create the conditions for adoption and growth

  2. Engage with publishers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Facebook Gaming & Audience Network solutions, influencing their monetisation strategy and development strategies

  3. You will represent and convey the Facebook Audience Network's value proposition to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth

  4. Engage regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction

  5. Actively engage with commercial team to identify pre-¬launch strategy and structuring of commercial terms

  6. Manage the business relationship and effectively represent market needs internally

  7. Bring feedback from the publishers and developers back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development

  8. Maintain a deep understanding of Facebook’s Audience Network and Games Platform products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders

  9. Manage all day-¬to-¬day operations with assigned accounts with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience across Audience Network and Gaming Partnerships

  10. Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals

  11. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  12. Increase awareness for and drive further adoption of the Facebook Instant Games platform across the developer eco-system in Israel

  13. Represent Facebook Gaming in the Israeli market and partner with other internal and external stakeholders to build Facebook Gaming's presence in market

  14. Support key games partners in the market and provide reactive support for facebook.com and platform related issues

  15. Support the adoption of Facebook's range of developer facing tools and services including the Facebook Games SDK and In Stream Rewards (ISR)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in Hebrew

  2. Sales/business development/partnerships experience - strategic thinker with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, fluid and collaborative environment

  3. Entrepreneurial background - proven problem-solving, organisational skills and attention to detail

  4. Market contacts and Gaming/mobile app experience

  5. Technically proficient - need to have the ability to triage integration challenges, understand and challenge stack set-ups, Need to have worked with remote technical support teams to prioritise, understand games platform features and integration best practices

  6. Commercially astute - You need to have a track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles

  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, sales and marketing

  8. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
