Meta Product Managers work with teams of engineers, designers and product analysts to build products. Product Manager- Facebook Operator Solutions Responsibilities:
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand Facebookâs strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment and grow our teams by closing gaps and set processes and standards to drive better team health
Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive experience in product management or related industry
Broad experience analyzing complex, large-scale systems and making decisions based on data
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field OR 4+ years working as engineer in an complex technological company
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
Technical experience with architecture of complex systems, methodologies, and design
Proven experience of leadership, organizational and execution skills
