AR/VR is looking for an experienced, business minded and highly talented marketer to drive awareness, trial, and new customer acquisitions programs for AR VR products in the market. The AR/VR team is developing the future of virtual reality and bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. In this role the Channel Marketing Manager will partner with sales to drive best in class in-store experiences, effective channel online marketing and on the ground events that drive new customer acquisition.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop the go-to-market programs for assigned accounts regions to optimize awareness, trial and conversion

  2. Define, manage and communicate quarterly integrated marketing plan

  3. Create retail marketing programs to drive sales such as bundles, promotions and content offers

  4. Develop business briefs to inform in-store and online merchandising vision and requirements for assigned accounts.

  5. Manage the performance of channel marketing programs and iterate to drive efficiencies

  6. Review and approve brand execution of all assets in the channel to ensure on brand execution.

  7. Manage online and in store retail presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences across territory

  8. Partner with sales on account marketing opportunities and account negotiations on placements.

  9. Partner the sales teams to build effective retail partnerships and support them with operational needs around retail programs

  10. Influence and product position by providing regional briefs with local insights and data to product marketing teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experienced Japanese Channel Marketing Manager who will excel in a fast paced company with high expectations 8-10+ years in marketing role, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing

  2. Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods within both online and retail capacity with experience of the leading Carriers and CE.

  3. Ability to prioritize plan, and execute projects successfully

  4. Executive presentation skills, ability build presentations and delivery them in 1:1 and1: Many environments.

  5. Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize projects threads to maximize impact.

  6. Comfortable working in start-up like environment, can go down to the details whilst managing the top

  7. International travel 25%
