Facebook Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Greater China Region in Hong Kong

We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop, drive and manage our marketing strategy for businesses for the Greater China region with a focus on China export businesses. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring businesses to grow their business with Facebook by planning and executing omni-channel customer journey. This position requires experience with integrated marketing, strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital or omnichannel customer lifecycle management. This individual will also collaborate with the broader marketing team and push the overall creativity of the organization. This position is full time and based in our Hong Kong or Taipei office.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategy partnering with sales and other cross functional partners

  2. Own and develop marketing strategies, customer journey, content strategy, and campaigns focusing on helping businesses in Greater China region understand the value to Facebook business solutions

  3. Develop marketing automation capabilities through internal cross function partners and/ or agencies

  4. Work closely with cross-functional and regional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches in market

  5. Identify opportunity to develop new scalable solutions to drive growth and sales

  6. Own customer lifestyle KPIs such as % of customer engaged and number of leads/ prospects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in marketing

  2. Experience developing marketing communications that brought strong impact to businesses

  3. Experience in omnichannel marketing journey/ customer lifecycle management

  4. Knowledge in marketing automation technologies e.g. Eloqua, Marketo and social media platform e.g. Facebook, WeChat

  5. Knowledge in the Greater China Region advertising and marketing industry. Understanding of export marketing is a plus

  6. Native Mandarin language skills and business fluency in English

  7. Ability to demonstrate experience in managing scaled marketing programs and channels

  8. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross functional partners and ability to bring new ideas to market
