Business Integrity's mission is to ensure safe and trusted connections between people, businesses, and Facebook. Our team works together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform, design and build tools to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale. We leverage data analysis, machine learning and a robust infrastructure to review the quality of promoted content on our platform. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the Facebook family of apps.

Design and prioritize scalable solutions and systems that detect and improve the experience of compliant advertisers and publishers while maintaining the integrity of the platform
Influence stakeholders (e.g. Policy, Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal) to support the development and adoption of solutions developed by the team
Develop and deliver measurement and reporting to quantify and visualize the impact of all solutions, and monitor and analyze product and operational health metrics
Build the infrastructure to enable data-informed insights that can up-level the advertiser and publisher experience through policy and operational improvements
Drive operational excellence of workflows across business integrity disciplines, e.g. policy enforcement, content review, vendor support, measurement and reporting
Resolve and triage enforcement issues for advertisers and publishers
Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Information Science, Mathematics, or Mathematics and Statistics
4 or more years of experience with strategy, data analytics, or analytics
Intermediate SQL abilities
Experience defining measurements and applying statistical analysis to evaluate process performance
Experience developing, innovating on, and scaling systems, programs and processes
Self-starter individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and can consider diverse perspectives
Strong influencing, problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills
Intermediate Python, basic ML algorithms
Experience communicating business problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
