Facebook is looking for a strong, experienced leader to manage our SMB sales team and take on overall revenue responsibility for the Greater China Region. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in managing scaled teams and marketing to SMBs. Success in this position requires a passion for working with the partner ecosystem, strong analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment. This role will report to the Head of APAC, Global Business Group – SMB and is located in our Singapore office.
Integral part of Senior Leadership team and key contributor to building the strategic direction of Facebook’s overall business in the GCR region
Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, and highly consultative sales team
Build and manage 3rd party ecosystem to drive partnerships and advertiser/revenue growth through outsourced centers and agencies
Represent Facebook at industry and external press/policy events - be seen as an industry thought leader and trusted peer by executives at medium- to large-sized companies and brands
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue with new and existing customers
Execute projects involving industry research, strategy development and quantitative analysis
10+ years of hands-on experience building and managing scaled sales teams
Deep understanding of the SMB landscape in GCR (candidates must have experience working in GCR)
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Experience with online advertising sales
Strong analytical and strategic planning background is a plus
Fluency in English is required
