Facebook Marketing Manager (SMB) in Singapore

We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop, drive and manage our marketing strategy for small businesses for the South East Asia (SEA) region. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring SMBs to grow their business with Facebook. This position requires experience in marketing, strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, brand management, advertising, or marketing & a passion for small & medium sized business’. This individual will also collaborate with the greater marketing team and push the overall creativity of the organization. This position is full time and based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive South East Asia small business marketing communications strategy partnering with the small business (SMB) & regional marketing organizations

  2. Create programs and marketing campaigns focused on getting SMBs to succeed with Facebook’s business solutions

  3. Create and own SMB brand voice and roll-out through outh East Asia channels and teams

  4. Ensure that the SMB narrative is localized and translated as needed

  5. bring the SMB narrative to life in South East Asia across a variety of marketing channels

  6. Develop SMB content strategy and drive deeper content development and scaled education/resources for SMBs across channels (e.g., webinars, collateral, videos)

  7. Develop messaging architecture for South East Asia that enables the SMB team to optimize marketing touch points in a move-fast environment

  8. Represent our South East Asia customers with internal stakeholders including Product, Product Marketing, Policy, and Sales teams to improve our Facebook platform and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in a marketing role

  2. Business fluency in English

  3. Knowledge of SMB market and insights

  4. Experience developing marketing communications and measuring impacts

  5. Strong understanding of digital marketing

  6. Understanding of scaled channels and how to bring new ideas to market

  7. Expert in operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes

  8. Strong writing skills and a creative problem solver
