Facebook Partner Manager, Korea in Singapore

The Account and Partner Management team is a sales team that is part of Facebook’s Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. Account and Partner Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.

This position is full-time and located in our Singapore Office

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with agencies and other third parties to scale advertiser growth and service

  2. Work directly with agencies to improve performance of Facebook Pages and ad campaigns

  3. Consult and coach agencies to achieve greater results on Facebook

  4. Develop acquisition strategy to drive scalable and sustainable advertiser growth

  5. Develop effective and efficient acquisition programs and operation solutions to support Facebook’s continued growth

  6. Collaborate with partners throughout the development process to ensure program success

  7. Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  8. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive revenue, growth and to increase customer satisfaction

  9. Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Fluency & excellent communication skills in Korean and English

  2. 3+ years of sales/marketing or business development/ internet product management experience

  3. Online media sales, agency, or advertising sales experience is strongly preferred

  4. Highly motivated and entrepreneurial

  5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and execute in a timely fashion

  6. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  7. Strong in analytical and strategic planning

  8. Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth

  9. Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team

  10. Proven ability to build strong working relationships inside and outside of Facebook

  11. Deep understanding to the SMB landscape and online marketing industry of Korea

  12. Knowledge of 3rd party channels including call centers, resellers and agencies is a plus
