Facebook SMB Business Development Lead, Pakistan in Singapore

The SMB team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook and helping them grow through solutions such as Pages and advertising across the Facebook family of apps. This role is responsible for growing the Pakistan market by focusing on acquisition, marketing, sales and partnerships. An ideal candidate should be passionate in helping businesses expand, and have experience of working with internal and external partners to plan and execute initiatives. Success in this position requires knowledge and experience of digital advertising, working with partners, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This position is full-time and located in our Singapore office.
Develop a sustainable and scalable strategy to drive the growth of businesses across the Facebook family of apps
Develop and execute effective and efficient programs to support Facebook’s continued growth strategy
Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, Sales channels and Operations to achieve goals and ensure success of programs
Be responsible for a set of business funnel metrics, around customer growth
Work with external stakeholders
8+ years of working experience in the digital marketing, or technology industries in Pakistan
Strong experience of business analysis and strategic planning
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external partners
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred
Candidates must be fluent in English and Urdu
Knowledge and experience of offline acquisition, commerce platforms and seller space is a plus
Knowledge and experience of advertising agencies, venture capitalists, field-sales agencies, channel partners, resellers in Pakistan is a plus
