Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of LATAM Procure-to-Pay Operations Lead, in our Sao Paulo office. As a key leader in the region Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, you will be the main point of contact for ensuring the successful delivery of our P2P activities executed via our outsourced financial service provider. The successful candidate will be expected to provide partnership, problem solve and recommend solutions.

Required Skills:

  1. Direct day-to-day LATAM P2P

  2. Manage the P2P component of the relationship with our outsourced financial service provider including monitoring of metrics as well as quality and effectiveness of the services provided

  3. Help define, implement, and monitor: - Finance processes that drive efficiencies and ease of use - Scalable and automated finance systems - Key operational metrics that measure finance performance and which drive continuous improvement

  4. Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership

  5. Ensure LATAM P2P Operations complexities and specific needs are addressed through scale processes and automation

  6. Partner with Global P2P team to ensure alignment with global policies, processes, tools and strategy

  7. Conduct regular outreach, communication, and training with key stakeholders on processes and systems

  8. Coordinate and support special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS in Finance

  2. 8+ years of Finance experience and 3+ focus on P2P

  3. Experience working with and managing performance of outsourced financial service providers

  4. Experience with the end-to-end P2P process and knowledge of Oracle’s financial solutions

  5. Experience driving change and improving the end-to-end process

  6. Knowledge with data analysis and problem solving

  7. Proven experience to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions

  8. Fluency in English and Spanish
