Facebook Project Specialist, Litigation & Regulatory in Washington, District Of Columbia

The Facebook Legal team is looking for a talented, driven and highly organized professional to manage a wide range of regulatory and litigation matters and related administrative and technical projects, including case material management, matter tracking, metrics and trend reports, and work coordination with cross-functional partners. This person should have an ability to organize large amounts of sensitive material and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should exhibit the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, and keen judgment for prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide project management support to litigation and regulatory teams, including coordinating work and communicating across external and internal partners

  2. Organize, manage and update case materials and management system

  3. Act as point of contact for administrative projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of legal project management, legal operations, or paralegal experience

  2. Organizational experience

  3. Client service experience

  4. Experience working independently

  5. Experience with MS Office applications

  6. Experience working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with IPFolio or other case management software platforms
